Let us know whether you want to keep the current color or change it. If you have the original paint, share its label, color and sheen. An older painted surface may not match a fresh touch-up exactly, so we can discuss the area to repaint.
If the damage followed a leak, tell us whether the source has been repaired. This helps us understand the condition of the area and plan the finishing work appropriately.
Include approximate dimensions, ceiling height, photos and any furniture or access constraints. The estimate will identify the agreed repair and painting areas, along with whether materials are included.

Only the surfaces listed in the estimate are included. Tell us which areas you want painted so the scope is clear before work begins.
Can you match the existing paint?
Share the original paint information if available. Color, sheen and the age of the existing finish can affect a match; we’ll discuss whether repainting a larger area makes sense.
